Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting and content management (our web host and WordPress).
- Security and spam protection (Cloudflare, including Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Email delivery (Google, through our business email).
- Analytics and advertising (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta), only if you accept those cookies.
- Professional advisers and authorities, when the law requires it.
If you message us on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook, that platform’s own privacy policy also applies.
Storing data overseas
Some of our providers store data in other countries, including the United States, Europe and Asia. When that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected to a standard similar to this policy, for example by using providers with recognised security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. As a guide, we keep enquiries for up to 2 years, unsuccessful job applications for up to 12 months, and client and billing records for 7 years. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Keeping it secure
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, spam and bot protection, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe, and we will notify you and the relevant authority if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm.
